We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our team and spearhead the growth of our AI solutions in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) sector. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving end-to-end sales cycles to help businesses unlock the power of AI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and qualify new leads in the SMB sector through outbound outreach, events, and partnerships.
- Client Engagement: Understand customer pain points and clearly articulate how our AI solutions can solve business challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), tracking activities, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Partnership Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Feedback Loop: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, tech, or AI solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple terms.
- Experience selling to SMBs or startups is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
