Purpose: Manage end-to-end sales orders, coordination, billing, and collections to ensure timely deliveries and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders, quotations, and coordinate with production/dispatch for fulfillment.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, and track deliveries/customer updates.
- Monitor receivables, aging reports, and follow up for payments per credit terms.
- Reconcile accounts, handle queries, and escalate overdue cases.
- Prepare MIS on orders, collections, DSO, and outstanding.
- Maintain customer data and ensure GST/compliance.
Qualifications:
- B.Com/BBA (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years in sales coordination/collections (manufacturing preferred).Excel proficient; GST knowledge.
- Strong communication, follow-up skills (English/Hindi/Telugu).
Competencies: Detail-oriented, multitasking, customer-focused.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
