Hunter / Business Development / Sales Professional

Surgical Direct has a proud tradition of innovation and excellence. We supply and market medical products that help healthcare professionals treat patients more effectively.
We have an exciting opportunity for inside sales reps at our headquarters in Orange City, just north of Orlando, Florida
Experience: You will have 2 years experience in building a client base by prospecting: including cold calling. You have built relationships through your prospecting efforts and have consistently hit and exceeded quotas in your previous selling roles.
Attitude: You are self-motivated and can hold yourself to a high standard and accountability. You embrace rejection as you know this is a non-negotiable part of your journey to success.
Selling Skills: You are dependable, you have strong qualifying skills, and you know how to get meetings with qualified prospects in a business-to-business environment. You understand social selling and can leverage LinkedIn as a prospective tool. Equal Business Stature, Charisma is a must.
Culture: Although you will be primarily independent in this selling role, you must be comfortable working with a team-oriented culture.
Compensation: You will receive a competitive salary. The successful candidate can expect to earn a total of $65,000 – 75,000 in year one, with an expected 6 figure plus income in year two. Aggressive commission plan with very realistic opportunity to make $150,000 – 200,000 plus annually.
This is a selling career not a steppingstone to your selling career.
