Valley Window and Door, a trusted name in the community since 1985, is currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team. We are known for delivering high-quality windows and doors, backed by exceptional service and expert installation.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to provide both indoor and outdoor sales support. If you have experience in residential construction sales and enjoy helping homeowners find the right solutions for their needs, this could be a great opportunity for you.

We offer a flexible compensation structure: base plus commission or commission-only, with six-figure income potential for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction sales, especially in windows, doors, roofing, siding, or HVAC
• Red Seal Carpentry certification or equivalent of 5+ years of carpentry experience (especially window and door installation)
• Experience running a renovation company is an asset
• Strong customer service skills for both in-home and in-showroom consultations
• Ability to demonstrate product lines and recommend suitable options
• Accurate on-site measuring and quoting skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven with a positive attitude
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Knowledge of Renfrew County and residence within the area
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Availability for occasional evenings and seasonal rotating Saturdays
