The Good Feet Store is expanding, and we are looking for energetic, results-oriented Sales Associates who are passionate about improving people’s well-being. We’re hiring Sales Consultants for our Burnsville, Roseville, Woodbury, and Maple Grove locations!

As a member of our dynamic sales team, you’ll help customers find relief from foot, knee, hip, and back pain through our premium arch supports. If you are looking for a role where you can genuinely improve someone’s quality of life, then this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers through a consultative sales approach, guiding them through the fitting process
• Provide expert product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service
• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy
• Follow up on sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Make sales and schedule appointments over the phone
• Achieve sales productivity standards and promote company programs and products
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory

Requirements:

• Commission-based sales/retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for customer service
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and tie customers shoes
• Weekends required
