Job Overview:
The Consultant will play a key role in building relationships with new and existing clients, providing expert guidance on precious metal investments, and delivering an exceptional client experience. This position requires strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions. While this is a consultative role focused on education and client service, it is also a performance-driven position with clear sales goals and commission-based compensation. You will be expected to convert qualified prospects into clients while maintaining the integrity and values that define KEPM.

The opportunity here is rare: most of your prospects will be warm leads generated from Dr. Kirk Elliott's media appearances, meaning they've already been introduced to our philosophy and approach. Your role is to honor that trust, deepen their understanding, and guide them confidently toward decisions that serve their financial goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client financial goals and recommend appropriate precious metal products
- Educate clients on market trends and the benefits of owning physical precious metals
- Manage and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual goals
- Maintain current product knowledge and awareness of global economic factors affecting the metals market
- Provide ongoing client support, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and service
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and streamline the sales process
- Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in sales, ideally within financial services, investments or commodities
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of investment principles and/or interest in precious metals markets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions
- Proficiency in CRM systems

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure. First-year earning potential and commission structure details will be discussed during the interview process. Top performers have significant upside and are compensated accordingly.
