Key Responsibilities:
We’re Hiring – Sales Coordinator.
Genus Innovation Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to support and lead our large sales team of 60+ members across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate a 60-member sales team, set targets, monitor KPIs, and support recruitment & training.
- Support sales operations: lead allocation, sales reporting, order fulfillment, and coordination with logistics.
- Act as liaison between sales, management, marketing, and product teams, ensuring smooth communication.
- Track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Handle administrative tasks: sales documentation, order processing, compliance, and budget support.
Location: Jaipur.
Industry: Inverter Batteries & Energy Solutions.
Qualification: BBA/MBA/B Com/ Any Bachelor.
Skills Required: Strong Advance Excel Knowledge.
Reports creation, Reports preparation, Dashboards making, Organization charts creation, Good communication skills.
Department: Domestic Sales.
Experience: 2-4 Years as sales coordinator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
