Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely payments.- Sales Order Processing: Generate sales orders based on quotes and PIs, working closely with the sales team to facilitate inbound enquiries.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage international shipments from order placement to delivery, coordinating with logistics partners and clients.
- Documentation: Verify and prepare export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, COA, and shipping instructions.
- Shipment Monitoring: Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery, updating clients regularly on status.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of export transactions and prepare regular reports on enquiry follow-ups.
- Project Support: Assist sales executives with export-related projects, providing support as needed.
- Client Relationship Management: Handle queries and resolve complaints from international clients professionally, fostering strong relationships.
Core Objectives:
Ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive export growth and success
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree- Freshers are eligible, Proven experience (1–2 years) in export sales coordination (preferred )
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.(Preferred)
- Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and trade compliance.(Preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP,Zoho) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
