We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our Account Managers in keeping things running like a well-oiled machine. From processing customer orders to keeping track of supply and demand, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best berries at the right time, every time.

Responsibilities

Order Management – You’ll enter orders, track shipments, and make sure everything lines up just right—because details matter!
Customer Service – Whether it’s answering questions, solving issues, or keeping customers updated, your communication skills will keep everyone happy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – You’ll work with teams across supply chain, transportation, and credit & collections to ensure smooth operations.
Problem-Solving – If something doesn’t add up, you’ll dig into the details, flag issues early, and help keep things on track.

Candidate Profile

You’re detail-oriented and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
You’re a natural problem solver—if something doesn’t add up, you want to figure it out.
You’ve got strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
You’re comfortable working with ERP systems (bonus points for Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics experience).
You know your way around Microsoft Excel—sorting, filtering, and pivot tables don’t scare you.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where things change daily.
