Handle the full spectrum of sales order processing, including quotation, sales order, purchase order, delivery order, and invoicing.
Manage a high volume of customer inquiries with professionalism, providing effective and timely solutions to issues.
Facilitate pre-job coordination with Operations Executives and follow up on issues during job executions with customers and stakeholders
Ensure job documentation are submitted to ensure smooth billing process
Deliver exceptional customer support and service to enhance client satisfaction.
Assist company in all daily operations work
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external customer contacts.
Any other ad-hoc, administrative works if assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
