Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments
• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any post-sale issues or concerns.
• Maintain and generate reports on sales performance, including tracking metrics such as sales figures, conversion rates, and customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales leads, and opportunities in CRM software or other systems.
• Manage the scheduling of deliveries and installations, ensuring timely product availability and fulfilment.
