Job Title :-Support Engineer/ Support Coordinator
Preference for female candidate
Job Description (JD)Responsibilities
· Coordinate sales activities and manage sales-related documentation efficiently.
· Provide technical support and consultative services to both the sales team and clients.
· Assist in preparing sales proposals and presentations with technical accuracy.
· Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments.
· Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
· Respond to client inquiries and address technical questions promptly.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products and industry developments.
Qualifications
· Preference will be given to female candidates.
· Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
· Previous experience in sales or sales coordination roles.
· Strong technical background in electrical systems and components.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills
· Technical Knowledge of Electrical Systems
· Proficiency in Salesforce or CRM Software
· Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
· Data Analysis capabilities
· Technical Writing proficiency
· Client Relationship Management expertise
· Project Coordination skills
· Proficiency in Mathematics/ Costing.
Salary
INR 15,000 Per Month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
