Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our electrical company. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, manage sales orders, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
1. Provide administrative assistance to sales team members, including preparing sales reports, updating CRM software, and maintaining sales records.
2. Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and product demonstrations.
3. Manage and maintain sales documentation, including contracts, quotes, and order confirmations.
Sales Order Management:
1. Process and manage sales orders from receipt to delivery.
2. Verify customer information, pricing, and product specifications.
3. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Customer Service:
1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
1. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
2. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to sales team and management.
3. Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical products and industry trends.
2. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
3. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager/Director.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Experience in the electrical industry is an asset.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office, Advance Excel
Candidate who have experience in FMGC, FMCD consumer durable is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹11,608.21 - ₹31,161.30 per month
