As demand continues to grow, we’re expanding our sales team — and we’re looking for a motivated bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s ready to contribute to an established, high-momentum SAP Business One practice.
In this role, you’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, introduce them to the value of SAP Business One and Vision33’s managed services, and help guide them towards a solution that truly makes a difference.
As a new role within our sales team, it gives you the chance to make an immediate impact and truly put your stamp on it. You will have an opportunity to earn monthly incentives, with accelerator opportunity, based on target KPIs of the role. You will be supported by strong and experienced leadership and sales team, where collaboration and the drive you bring will be key to your success.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop High-Quality Leads & Accelerate Pipeline Growth within our target markets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to build demand across digital channels, align demand generation efforts with business goals, and nurture sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handoff and feedback loops to improve MQL to SQL conversion.
- Pursue contacts in the buying cycle identified by leading AI tools, digital advertising, paid search, social media, and email campaigns, and more, in order to qualify leads.
- Analyze Key Metrics including industry, customer, and sales metrics to establish key relationships with potential clients.
- Use Industry Leading AI & Marketing Tools such as HubSpot, Google, and LinkedIn, to manage lead generation KPIs (MQLs to SQLs to SALs) and conversion rates.
- Support the Sales Team by utilizing data, collaborating with internal teams, and establishing sales opportunities.
- Attend events and network: In many ways you’ll be the face of SAP Business One at Vision33. You will network with industry professionals and build a pipeline that creates valuable sales leads. Attending events and conferences will be required – meaning some local travel is essential for success in this role.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- People Skills: You’re a natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a positive customer-focused mindset.
- Experience: We are open! Looking for sales-minded people with enthusiasm, high-energy, drive, and relentless desire to grow your professional sales career. A graduate with at least 1-3 years of sales experience. Experience in B2B, digital marketing, or SaaS is a plus.
- Must be bilingual in French (minimal conversational proficiency) and English.
- Master Multitasker: You can easily juggle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive on staying organized, you’re proactive, and you have an eye to the small things that make a huge difference.
- Analytical and Data-Focused: You have strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite, you are a quick learner of new software, and you have a desire to sell cutting-edge technologies.
- Sales Tools Knowledge a Plus: Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hubspot, zoominfo, LinkedIn, etc.), as well as proficiency with platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, is a plus.
