We are looking for a Sales Director, Solution and Production Equipment at ENABL, who will drive sales of ENABL’s production systems and technical solutions to customers in the wind sector, ensuring the solutions match customer needs and contribute to ENABL’s strategic growth.
About the Position:
The role requires you to develop and execute global sales strategies, build long-term relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities across markets, and convert market and technology insights into competitive proposals and strong business cases. You actively monitor the competitive landscape and technological trends, ensure compliance with international standards and contractual requirements, and support management with pipeline, customer, and market insights. In practice, this means facilitating customer meetings and workshops, analyzing data and feedback, presenting ENABL’s vision, and providing clear decision-making frameworks that drive both customer value and company growth.
Your profile:
Professionally, you bring deep knowledge of technical solutions and production equipment, a strong ability to translate customer needs into scalable, technically sound solutions, and confidence in negotiation, contract comprehension, and commercial decision-making. You work analytically with market and trend insights and collaborate naturally across other departments. On a personal level, you are a relationship builder and a clear communicator with a global mindset; proactive and results-oriented, flexible, and decisive in complex situations. You think creatively and solution-oriented with a focus on creating tangible value for both the customer and ENABL.
