We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to expanding our client base through proactive engagement and persuasive communication.

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients, explaining Kenbox Technology’s products and services, and driving successful conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
  • Explain and promote Kenbox Technology’s software products and digital solutions effectively.
  • Identify customer needs, provide product information, and generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve sales processes.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT product sales, HR tech, or software solutions.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of calls made per day.
  • Qualified leads generated and conversion rate.
  • Monthly sales and revenue targets achieved.
  • Customer engagement and satisfaction scores.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: Upto 3 LPA
  • Benefits: Health insurance, training programs, etc., if applicable.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timings:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM]
