About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a strong foundation in sales and hands-on experience in cold calling and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and contributing to the overall growth of the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule meetings or demos.
- Execute email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through various lead generation channels.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and client information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and market trends to communicate effectively with prospects.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, with hands-on exposure to cold calling and email campaigns.
- Basic understanding of the sales process, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency with tools such as CRM software, email automation platforms, or LinkedIn.
