Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets
- This role will involve both individual sales responsibilities and managerial duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership:Assist the Deputy Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities and generating leads and revenue
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements
- Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process
- Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for market expansion
- Team Development:Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members
- Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
