Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to lead a team to achieve sales targets
  • This role will involve both individual sales responsibilities and managerial duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:Assist the Deputy Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead by example by actively participating in sales activities and generating leads and revenue
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and tailor product/service offerings to meet their requirements
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in the sales process
  • Market Research and Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for market expansion
  • Team Development:Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring sales team members
  • Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
