Company Overview

We are a fast‑growing furniture manufacturer dedicated to delivering high‑quality, stylish, and durable furniture to retail partners across the region. As we expand our market presence, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and lead the onboarding of new furniture stores.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new retail furniture stores and distribution partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, purchase managers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Present product catalogs, explain features/benefits, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Develop territory-wise sales strategies to increase market coverage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery tracking, and after‑sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding & sales targets.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor product performance and gather market insights.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, hardware, building materials, interior products, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Self‑motivated with a target-driven mindset.
  • Basic understanding of retail operations and merchandising (preferred).
  • Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler (preferred).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
