Dear Candidate,
As Sales Executive you have to Identify and prospect new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, and event inquiries, through cold calling, networking, and research to expand the hotel’s client base and revenue streams. This includes preparing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and representing the hotel in a professional manner to promote services and facilities.

Job Description: -
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.
- Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities.
- Should have clear understanding of the hotel’s business strategies then set goals and determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Represent Hotels in various events and exhibitions and Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Monitor the customer service quality of the hotel to ensure customers are tended to appropriately
- Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties
- Work closely with the Superiors to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
Requirements & Skills : -
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
