Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth across the tyre industry, encompassing tyres, tyre components, and production ingredients. The ideal candidate will bring strong business development experience, international sales expertise, and the ability to engage in technical discussions with clients and industry partners. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and capitalising on new sales opportunities, and delivering impactful solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the tyre industry, including tyres, components, and production ingredients, as well as market dynamics, key players, and emerging trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Engage in technical discussions with clients and partners to effectively address their needs.
- Identify and capitalise on business opportunities by preparing and delivering proposals and presentations to clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international sales.
- Proven ability to identify and pursue business opportunities, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Prior knowledge or experience in the tyre industry or its supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, or other relevant tools is advantageous but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Experience:
- International Trading: 2 years (Preferred)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
