- Responsibility for initiating and managing solution sales projects from start to finish
- Contacting customer executives (CX level)
- Full responsibility for managing solution sales projects, considering both the customer’s perspective and internal stakeholders
- Creating, modeling, and calculating business cases for both the customer and Posti
- Integration of won contracts and managing change as part of Posti’s operating model
- Monitoring the realization of the business case
- A relevant university degree
- Experience and proven success in similar roles
- Strong financial expertise (e.g., understanding of P&L)
- Ability to understand customer business processes and identify value creation models
- Ability to network extensively within the customer’s organization, especially at the CX level
- Excellent social, sales, and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to prepare materials for customer decision-making
- Commitment to Posti’s leadership principles and values (reliable, respectful, progressive)
- Fluent language skills in English. Fluency in Finnish is considered an advantage.
