Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Indore
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels (cold calling, social media, email campaigns, referrals).
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients (students, parents, schools, or educators).
  • Explain product offerings and engage prospects to book meetings or demos.
  • Sales & Closures:
  • Conduct product presentations and demos.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Client Handling:
  • Onboard and guide new clients through the product usage and support cycle.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support and relationship management.
  • Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and closures to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech or SaaS).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and local languages (as required).
  • Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
