Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Indore
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (cold calling, social media, email campaigns, referrals).
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Cold Calling & Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients (students, parents, schools, or educators).
- Explain product offerings and engage prospects to book meetings or demos.
- Sales & Closures:
- Conduct product presentations and demos.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Client Handling:
- Onboard and guide new clients through the product usage and support cycle.
- Provide excellent post-sales support and relationship management.
- Resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM tools.
- Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and closures to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in EdTech or SaaS).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and local languages (as required).
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
