Sales Executive - Hospital Furniture
Reports to: Sales Director
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to be a key player in our hospital furniture manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with healthcare providers, and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical product knowledge, and a deep understanding of the healthcare procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by targeting dealers, wholesalers, distributors, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare institutions all over India.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and industry events.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, facility managers, procurement officers, and clinical staff.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and after-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Product and Market Expertise:
- Become a subject matter expert on our entire product line, including patient beds, stretchers, chairs, medical carts, and other specialized furniture.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Gather market intelligence and provide valuable feedback to our product development team.
- Sales Administration:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
- Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to manage a sales territory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
