Job Title: Executive – Sales & Business Development

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Visakapattanam

Experience Level: Minimum 3 years (Individual Contributor Role)

Educational Qualification: Graduate with relevant sales experience

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads from financial institutions to meet defined sales targets.

Execute and monitor end-to-end sales operations and client onboarding to ensure full service delivery.

Conduct cold calls, field visits, and product demos to potential clients.

Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sale support.

Meet and present to senior-level stakeholders (CXOs, GMs).

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring ongoing engagement and retention.

Collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery of solutions and post-sales support.

Share daily/weekly/monthly business reports and forecasts with the senior leadership.

Participate in and lead regional marketing and promotional activities.

Deliver customized solutions based on detailed analysis of client needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

3+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the Digital Product/Information Services space.

Strong understanding of Banking and Financial Institutions (FI) sales cycles.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Comfortable interacting with and presenting to senior decision-makers (CXO level).

Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused.

Good understanding of digital products, data platforms, and compliance solutions is a plus.

Should be open to field sales and willing to travel as required.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
