About the Role

We are hiring full-cycle Sales Executives to sell SEO and digital marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. This is a high-activity, outbound-focused role where you will be responsible for cold calling, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals.

This role is not for appointment setters. You own the sale from first contact to close.

Top performers who consistently close 20–30+ deals per month can realistically earn $80,000–$100,000+ per year through base salary and commission.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call existing and new leads to pitch SEO and digital marketing services
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business (B2B)
  • Conduct discovery calls and present service packages to business owners
  • Communicate with prospects and customers via phone and email
  • Track all sales activity in the company CRM and keep account information current
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Negotiate pricing, packages, and contract terms within company guidelines
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Compensation

  • Base salary: $45,000
  • Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
  • Bonuses: Monthly volume-based bonuses
  • OTE: $90,000–$100,000+ for top performers

This role includes a structured ramp period and a performance-based commission accelerator plan.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal communication and client-focused approach
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Experience selling services over the phone (B2B preferred)
  • Knowledge of online web presence, local SEO, and Google Business Profile (GBP) is a strong asset
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and follow-ups effectively
  • Coachable, disciplined, and resilient in high-volume sales environments
