Role: Sales Executive (US Shift – Remote)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Location: REMOTE

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM-5:00 AM IST

Experience: 3-5 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are fast-growing luxurious jewelry brand looking for a dynamic and results-driven SALES EXECUTIVE to join our REMOTE sales team for the US shift. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and have excellent communication skills to interact effectively with US-based clients. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with US clients.
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Contact potential and existing customers to promote company products/services
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online channels
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct sales presentations and follow-ups to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS

• Willingness to work in the US/night shift
• Strong skills in cold calling and sales pitching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in International sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
• Prior experience in handling international (especially US) clients is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working during US business hours
