Revolution Doors & Windows is looking for a motivated and charismatic Sales Executive to join our team. In this exciting role, you’ll be the face of our company, guiding customers through their journey of choosing the perfect windows and doors for their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge Mastery: Become an expert in our diverse range of windows and doors. Understand the unique features, benefits, and technical specifications of each product line to provide customers with comprehensive information and advice.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and Zoom calls. Answer questions, provide detailed explanations about different profiles and designs, and showcase our products with enthusiasm and confidence.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for customers. Use your understanding of their needs and project requirements to build customized house quotes that reflect their vision and budget.
- Virtual Showcases: Conduct virtual presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom. Utilize digital tools to show customers the beauty and functionality of our windows and doors, making their selection process seamless and engaging.
- Sales Follow-Up: Actively follow up with potential customers to nurture relationships and close sales. Address any concerns, provide additional information, and offer solutions to ensure a smooth decision-making process.
- Sales Reporting: Keep meticulous records of your sales activities and performance. Report sales numbers and progress to management regularly, providing insights and feedback to help improve our sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement, construction, or related industries. Experience with windows and doors is a plus.
- Customer-Centric: A natural ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for virtual presentations and customer interactions. Proficiency in email communication and CRM systems is required.
- Goal-Oriented: A driven individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to prepare accurate quotes and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues to achieve common goals.
