We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist – DAAS to generate and qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and schedule high-value client appointments for our senior sales team. This role is focused on pipeline generation, customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling.

You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a key role in identifying business needs and positioning Terrasparq’s Device-as-a-Service solutions.

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to understand customer device requirements, lifecycle challenges, support models, and budget.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments/strategy meetings between qualified prospects and senior sales reps.
  • Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline, update and manage all prospect activities in CRM (NetSuite).
  • Support proposal coordination by gathering initial requirement details post-discovery.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Track KPIs such as call volume, appointments set, qualified opportunities created, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on DAAS, mobility, MDM, and managed service offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or IT Services Sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales environment (IT services, telecom, SaaS, mobility, or hardware solutions preferred).
  • Strong communication and appointment-setting skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation or appointment targets.
  • Comfortable working in US shift (if required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Device-as-a-Service (DAAS), device lifecycle management, or managed IT services.
  • Familiarity with mobility solutions, MDM platforms, or telecom ecosystem.
  • Experience handling enterprise or mid-market clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
