About the Role
Vividhut is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Lead to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
- Track sales activities and maintain CRM updates
- Manage the full execution lifecycle of creative, branding, and marketing initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Ensure rigorous quality standards, timely milestones, and optimal utilization of personnel and technical resources across all active projects.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
