About the Role

Vividhut is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Lead to drive business growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, client relationship management, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding
  • Track sales activities and maintain CRM updates
  • Manage the full execution lifecycle of creative, branding, and marketing initiatives from inception to delivery.
  • Ensure rigorous quality standards, timely milestones, and optimal utilization of personnel and technical resources across all active projects.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
