As Sales Leader, you will strategically build and scale the sales function. Your mission-critical function is to build and lead a team of world-class sellers to achieve revenue goals across new logo sales. Your team will engage and generate revenue within prospective, emerging, and small enterprise companies. To succeed in this role you’ll need to be strategic, self-motivated, results-driven, engaging, creative, and experienced in building and scaling sales teams through phases of high-velocity growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Hire and manage a team of highly effective sellers to generate revenue from new customers
- Meet & exceed goals pertaining to activity, pipeline, and revenue attainment
- Mentor, coach & support the AE’s to successfully critical opportunities to close
- Effectively build, manage, and report a healthy pipeline & forecast
- Help to build, refine and implement new practices and processes around sales tooling, CRM hygiene, etc.
- Travel if and as necessary to support critical opportunities
- Bring a positive and contagious attitude to a highly collaborative environment
- This is a Hybrid role
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years successfully managing teams selling software and service
- 2+ years’ experience working in high velocity, high growth organizations
- Ability to work under pressure, be highly adaptable and well organized
- Demonstrated track record of managing repeatable achievement and performance against revenue plan
- Detailed knowledge of SaaS, solution-oriented, B2B sales cycles, processes, and strategy
- Natural curiosity, drive, and a passion for sales
- Bachelor’s Degree
COMPENSATION:
- Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
