EMR Integrated Solutions is currently recruiting for a Sales Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimise all revenue-generating activities across the utilities, renewables, critical infrastructure, and government sectors.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution. You'll develop and deliver high-impact sales strategies, drive growth, and lead a talented team across Ireland and beyond.


Key Responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and Marketing/Bid teams.
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and optimise customer acquisition.
  • Champion a customer-first approach to enhance satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and revenue performance tracking.
  • Maintain and deliver on an individual sales target.


Essential Requirements;

  • Minimum 6 years' experience in a senior sales or revenue leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing sales and growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA desirable).
  • Experience in utilities, renewables, or industrial technology sectors advantageous.
  • Familiarity with OT, SCADA, or telemetry systems a plus (not essential).
