Who We’re Looking For — Tech Sales Manager
We are searching for a results-driven Tech Sales Manager to help expand our client base and build long-term relationships with startups and enterprises in the US market.
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling engineering services, AI-powered product development, and team augmentation solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in IT sales, understands technical concepts, and knows how to convert conversations into deals.

Responsibilities
As a Tech Sales Manager at Bolder Apps, you will:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the IT and software development sector.
- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients — from early-stage startups to enterprise-level partners.
- Present and promote Bolder Apps’ services, including staff augmentation, AI-driven development, and end-to-end engineering solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while ensuring win–win outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
- Track KPIs, maintain an accurate pipeline, prepare sales reports, and provide reliable revenue forecasts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- 3+ years of proven experience in Tech Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (preferably in software development, outsourcing, or staff augmentation).
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development processes, and key technical terminology — ability to speak both business and tech.
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and closing deals in global markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent English, strong written and spoken communication; knowledge of Arabic is a significant plus.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership, and consistently meet targets.
- Familiarity with modern CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
