We specialise in premium-quality bespoke joinery and interior solutions — including doors, floors, stairs, wall panelling, and bespoke wood units — delivering full turnkey packages from design through to installation

Role Overview

As a Sales Manager at GreenHeart Wood Interiors, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and leading our sales efforts. You will be responsible for managing sales from initial inquiry to project completion — including guiding clients, quoting jobs, showroom appointments and working closely with our production and installation teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the full sales cycle: from first customer contact / showroom visits to quotation, order finalisation, scheduling, and liaising with installation/production teams.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients

· Promote and upsell our full range of services: Stairs, flooring, doors, bespoke units, wall panelling, and home-package solutions.

· Collaborate with the teams to ensure clients’ requirements are clearly understood and delivered to a high-quality standard.

· Drive showroom visits, consultations and follow-ups, providing expert guidance to customers about materials, finishes, and custom options.

· Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and contribute to overall company growth objectives.

· Manage and track sales leads, prepare quotes/proposals, and maintain accurate records of ongoing projects.

· Represent GreenHeart Wood Interiors professionally at meetings, events or exhibitions.

Requirements

· 4 years’ experience in sales — ideally in joinery, home- interiors, building materials, construction, or related fields.

· Strong understanding or a willingness to learn about wood-interiors, custom joinery, and building/refurbishment processes.

· Excellent communication, customer-service and relationship management skills.

· Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects/clients concurrently and follow through to completion.

· Comfortable working both in a showroom environment and traveling to clients

· A proactive, target-driven attitude and an ability to upsell and recommend appropriate solutions based on client needs.

· Full clean driving licence

· Ability to work as part of a small, close-knit team and contribute positively to company culture.
