We are now looking for 1–2 experienced Sales Managers to drive international growth in our Circular Economy business. We combine full-spectrum logistics — from warehousing and transportation to value-adding handling operations — with advanced circular services for businesses. These include recommerce-ready returns, refurbishment, and repair. Our integrated approach connects virgin and second-cycle flows, delivering unmatched efficiency, control, and sustainability for brands, retailers, wholesalers, and other players across multiple industries in the Nordics and Baltics.
As part of our team, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base across our operating countries. You can be based in Finland (Helsinki) or Sweden (Stockholm).
In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle—from building a high-quality pipeline and leading sales processes to closing deals and nurturing strategic customer relationships. Your focus will be on delivering integrated logistics solutions that generate tangible business value.
Your primary responsibility will be customer acquisition. You will engage senior decision-makers and position Posti’s solutions as strategic enablers of business performance. With strong consultative selling skills and a deep understanding of customer challenges, you will shape demand, influence decisions, and co-create commercially viable solutions. You will lead complex sales processes in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, combining expertise from operations and services to deliver compelling offers and ensure seamless execution.
Beyond the initial sale, you will act as a long-term partner and strategic advisor to selected customers—developing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and supporting business growth. You will also contribute to refining our go-to-market strategy, evolving our offering, and continuously improving our sales playbook with your market insight and commercial acumen.
To succeed in this role, we hope that you have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing and executing complex B2B sales processes, with a strong track record of success
  • A university degree or equivalent commercial background
  • Experience in logistics, the electronics/device market, or circular business models – such as recommerce, trade-in, repair & refurbishment, is considered an advantage
  • A tenacious, goal-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and a strategic, consultative sales approach
  • A hunter mentality – you thrive on prospecting, opening new opportunities, and closing complex deals
  • A customer-focused attitude and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Open-mind, team spirit and resilience along with curiosity and the drive to grow in a scale-up environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Finnish or Swedish

The position includes a fixed monthly salary based on skills and experience, as well as a results-based bonus model.
