We are hiring for our Ford Dealership! We are looking to add a Sales Manager. An Automotive Sales Manager oversees the sales operations of a car dealership, ensuring that sales targets are met, customer satisfaction is maintained, and the sales team is motivated and productive. This role blends leadership, strategy, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be working with other Sales Managers for common goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Goals
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet dealership targets
  • Set monthly and annual sales objectives for units sold and profit margins
  • Team Leadership
  • Hire, train, and mentor sales staff
  • Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback
  • Customer Relations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Resolve complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Inventory & Promotions
  • Manage vehicle inventory and coordinate with suppliers
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan promotions and advertising campaigns
  • Administrative Duties
  • Oversee sales paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and company policies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies

Required skills & qualifications skill/qualification description automotive

Sales experience preferred. 3–5 years in automotive sales or dealership management leadership & team management.

Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Customer service strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Sales & negotiation expertise in closing deals and upselling.

Technical knowledge, familiarity with vehicle features, financing options, and CRM systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
