Head of Sales – Automotive Electronics Industry

We are a leading company in the car Android and automotive electronics sector, supplying and installing premium equipment for dealers and private clients across Ireland. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to take full ownership of our sales department and drive strategic revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and key clients
• Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and expand market presence
• Oversee KPIs, reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics
• Improve sales processes, scripts, funnels, and customer communication standards
• Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and installation departments
• Handle complex customer issues and support major deals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, or similar senior role
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems, and performance analytics
• Experience in the automotive or tech industry is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing business environment
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €35,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
