Introduction:
Are you passionate about real estate sales and delivering exceptional client experiences? Join Jinding Real Estate as our new Sales Manager – NSW and play a pivotal role in driving project sales while hosting and guiding clients through their property journey!

As the Sales Manager, you will:
  • Lead and grow sales of off-the-plan residential projects in Sydney.
  • Host and guide visiting clients, providing seamless support from airport pick-up to settlement.
  • Organise and lead project tours, site inspections, and local sightseeing.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, clearly explain project details, and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Provide cultural introductions and answer client questions with patience and professionalism.
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and satisfaction at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for transport, accommodation, and event arrangements.
  • Collect and record client feedback and requirements for future follow-up.
  • Generate regular sales and program reports.
About you...

To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Proven real estate sales experience (off-the-plan preferred)
  • Outstanding communication and cultural awareness
  • High-level hospitality and client service skills
  • Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and flexibility
  • Fluent English essential; Mandarin highly desirable
  • This role is a remote role which requires you to be in proximity to our projects in Green Square, Sydney
Description:
Required Qualifications:
  • Real estate license (Class 1 or Class 2, NSW)
  • Australian driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Must be at least 18 years old and a “fit and proper person” (as assessed by NSW Fair Trading)
