Alligator Realty is a leasing and property management company in Gainesville, Florida committed to providing quality and affordable housing both to students and local residents. We manage a variety of properties all around the Gainesville area, many of which are within walking distance of the University of Florida.

Our company is looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with the public for our Leasing Agent Position. The ideal candidate will have a familiar background in real estate, property management, and leasing, along with great communication and customer service skills. This position entails touring prospective tenants, writing new leases, contacting new leads, and performing lease signings.

Responsibilities

• Process applications, answer telephone calls, drive to properties and show units to prospective tenants
• Process lease renewals
• Meet leasing goals by working with fellow leasing agents
• Assist the property manager and other staff members
• Answer calls pertaining to available rentals and provide necessary information
• Use a CRMs, emails, and calendars to track and close on prospective leads

Requirements:

• High School/GED required; some college education preferred
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Must be sales-oriented and enjoy working with others
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• A working vehicle to commute to various properties
• Experience working in property management or sales (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
