Hayloft Property Management is hiring for a skilled leasing agent at Wellington at the Dunes in Dakota Dunes, SD. As a leasing agent, you will be heavily involved in the property’s sales, resident retention, resident relations, and overall customer service. We are currently seeking a hard-working individual who can wear multiple hats of responsibility and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time, in-office position; Days of work are Tuesday – Saturday.

A day in the life of our leasing agent includes (Key Responsibilities):

· Inbound/outbound phone calls & communication

· Creating work orders and working with the maintenance staff

· Managing/organizing inventory

· Building relationships with residents

· Receiving and handling packages for residents

· Sales for all currently vacant and future market rent apartments, and other rentable items, including outdoor garages, storage units, and underground parking spaces

· Maintaining resident retention; offering residents renewal options

· Handling resident concerns in a timely manner

Job Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with others at all levels

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

· Strong organization and time management skills

· Strong Sales experience

· AppFolio Property Manager experience preferred
