Are you interested in joining a company that is growing and currently managing over 150 apartment units across the City of Jamestown? The ideal candidate would be familiar with the affordable housing industry and compliance regulations of LIHTC and HUD.

Responsibilities:

- Preparing and scheduling property viewings

- Collection of tenant documents

- Addressing and resolving tenant questions and concerns in a timely manner

- Processing lease renewals/recertifications

- Performing quarterly property inspections

- Distribution of violations

- Creating and distributing marketing material to attract prospective tenants

- Maintain and manage the work order system/filing system

Skills:

- Highly organized and attention to detail/confidentiality

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

- Ability to multi-task with ease and confidence

- Ability to handle clients professionally when interfacing

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Team oriented

- Conflict resolution

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
