We are now hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our head office team for Cruzco Adventure Ltd.

This is a broad commercial role suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and working at the centre of a fast-moving business. You will be involved in customer sales, bookings, marketing, social media, research projects and general office operations.

No two days will be the same.

The Role

You will work closely with the management team and support multiple areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries
• Converting enquiries into bookings and sales
• Managing customer relationships and follow-ups
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotions
• Creating and scheduling social media content
• Assisting with digital marketing and online promotions
• Supporting brand awareness and engagement online
• Carrying out research for new business opportunities
• General office administration and operational support
• Supporting new projects as the business grows

The Ideal Candidate

• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Commercially minded and comfortable dealing with customers
• Creative with an interest in marketing and social media
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Comfortable working in a busy office environment

Experience in sales, marketing, hospitality, tourism, content creation or admin is an advantage but not essential.

Pay: €32,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
