Job Overview

dreamtechnologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead sales and marketing initiatives for our IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our IT solutions, building strong customer relationships, and generating business growth through targeted sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company’s IT services to corporate and individual clients.
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business leads through direct marketing, networking, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, and seminars to increase brand awareness.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing or sales, preferably in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain IT products/services in a simple and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated with good planning and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
