About the Role

Haventech Innovations is looking for a driven, target-oriented Marketing Executive to spearhead our field sales efforts. As a provider of solar energy solutions and smart home automation—including light automation, gate automation, and CCTV systems—we need a proactive individual to generate new leads, conduct site visits, and directly drive sales growth for our residential and commercial installations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and actively approach potential clients to generate new leads for solar panel installations and smart home upgrades.

Travel extensively to conduct on-site visits at residential homes and commercial properties to assess client needs and pitch tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong local networks with homeowners, builders, and architects to drive referral business.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets by converting prospects into finalized installation contracts.

Educate prospects on the long-term cost savings of solar energy and the convenience of intelligent home automation.

Maintain accurate daily reports of field activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven background in field sales, direct marketing, or business development (experience in solar energy or electronics is highly preferred).

Strong communication and negotiation skills with mandatory fluency in Malayalam to effectively engage with local clients.

Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently on the road.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle for daily travel across assigned territories.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
