Sales Operation Executive

Responsibilities:

• Data administration and data collation from various sources.
• Assist in various management reporting activities.
• Supply Demand database build-up and demand analysis vs Business Outlook.
• Optimization of the regional silicon inventories (silicon supplies follow-up, multi-sourcing optimization, analysis of the sourced demand).
• Risk Inventory management.
• Review & Manages Last Buy & End of Life Supplies for the Region.
• Supports deployment for NPI, migration with Product Lines, Sourcing and operation team.
• Support the sales plan together with the Customer Service community.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years working experience in Reporting and Analytical environment.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS applications (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power point).
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal.
• Good interpersonal skills to be able to work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong co-ordination and meticulous skills.
