We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team, with a proven track record in achieving sales.

Ideally within the construction or flooring sector to drive business growth and expand our market presence.

This is a sales-focused role designed for an enthusiastic sales person who excels at business development, relationship management, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to expand our market share.
• Account Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term, professional relationships with both new and existing clients.
• End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final negotiation and closing.
• Product Expertise: Deliver technical product demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations to highlight the value and quality of our wooden flooring range.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain our reputation for customer satisfaction.

Qualification Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven success in a professional sales role, preferably within the flooring, construction, or home improvement sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• A self-motivated professional with a disciplined approach to achieving KPIs and revenue goals.
• Knowledge of the construction industry or wooden flooring products is a plus but not a must.
