Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. Sales professionals will be going house to house to close deals. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Expectations

  • Be self motivated and engage confidently with potential donors
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly fundraising targets
  • Present ideas and projects effectively, demonstrating their value and benefits.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales role or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills is highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00-$1,200.00 per week

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
  • Signing bonus

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Calgary, AB T2P 4K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
