Do you have a passion for fashion, sales, and creating results together?

At VILA, we are looking for a Sales Responsible to take ownership of our e-commerce channel. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance and growth — turning customer insights into actions, selling in new collections, and taking the CBO collection on the road across Europe to stay close to our customers.

THE TEAM
You will be part of an ambitious and dedicated CBO (Cross Border Online) team of 10 colleagues — each with their own expertise within sales and support for key online partners such as Zalando, About You, ASOS, and our own e-commerce. Our highest priority is to ensure that our customers experience the highest service level, the best product assortment, and outstanding cooperation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing the sales to our E-commerce department. You will work closely with your team as well as our CBO Buying and NOOS (Never Out of Stock) colleagues to secure strong alignment and seamless execution across all areas of our business.

YOUR ROLE
You focus on creating the right product mix and driving sales performance across our online business. Responsible for sales to VILA’s own e-commerce channel, you ensure the right products are sold in at the right time. Together with our internal buyer, you manage the full process, from selling in eight yearly collections to following up on results and acting fast when needed. To stay close to our customers, you also take the CBO collection on the road – travelling across Europe around five times a year, alongside the two fair collections and our Key Account event – meeting our wholesale customers, presenting new styles, and building strong relationships that bring the VILA brand to life.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Selling collections into VILA’s e-commerce channel and driving online growth across markets
  • Analyse sales data, identify opportunities, and act on insights to drive sales
  • Sharing market insights and feedback with buying and product teams to strengthen future collections
  • Overseeing the entire sales flow — from order handling and coordination to ensuring smooth processes that support commercial success
  • Collaborating closely with our buyer to share market feedback, identify bestsellers and provide input for product development

YOUR PROFILE
You bring sales experience, ideally from the fashion industry and preferably with a background in e-commerce sales, and you know how to turn opportunities into real results. What matters most to us is your passion for fashion and e-commerce, and your drive to create real commercial impact across markets - both online and when taking the CBO collection across Europe to build strong relationships.

  • Communicates fluently in English, both written and spoken
