Makeovers by Eshita is one of Delhi NCR's leading luxury bridal makeup and professional makeup training academies. Founded and led by Celebrity Makeup Artist Eshita, we specialise in high-end bridal makeup, occasion looks, and industry-recognised professional makeup courses.
We are expanding and looking for a dynamic, confident Sales Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Luxury Makeup Academy in Noida Extension. If you love beauty, enjoy talking to people, and have the drive to close deals — this is your chance to grow with one of the most passionate brands in the industry.
Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to handle client inquiries, guide prospective students and brides, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Instagram DMs, and emails
- Guide prospective students and brides through course/meakeup service details and pricing
- Confidently explain our offerings and close sales (course admissions + bridal bookings)
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently
- Update and manage client data on MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth handover after booking
- Participate in weekly sales reviews and target planning
Work Location: Noida Extension — Luxury Makeup Academy
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: Fixed + Performance Incentive (attractive commission on every closure)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
