RNTX is a premium online travel platform focused on luxury extended-stay hotels, aparthotels, and professionally managed furnished residences for business and high-end travelers.

We curate top-tier inventory under one trusted platform and solve the fragmented booking experience for corporate and long-stay guests.

We are currently onboarding hotel partners across Canada and expanding into the U.S.

The Role

We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Account Manager (Luxury Hotels & Aparthotels) to lead supplier acquisition and relationship management.

This is not an entry-level role.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has worked in hotel sales, revenue management, distribution, or corporate contracting
  • Already has relationships with hotel GMs, Directors of Sales, and Revenue Managers
  • Understands negotiated corporate rate structures and OTA commission models
  • Can confidently close preferred supplier agreements

You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, onboarding, and managing hotel partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect luxury hotels, aparthotels, and branded residences
  • Leverage existing industry contacts to secure partnership meetings
  • Negotiate supplier commission structures and preferred discount rates
  • Close supplier contracts aligned with RNTX’s premium positioning
  • Coordinate onboarding (rates, room types, inventory, API access)
  • Maintain ongoing account relationships and performance reviews
  • Work with Revenue Managers to optimize long-stay pricing strategies
  • Represent RNTX at industry events and networking functions

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

  • 3–7+ years in hotel sales, revenue management, OTA distribution, or corporate contracting
  • Preferred degree Business/Commerce or Hospitality/Hotel Management
  • Existing relationships within luxury or upper-upscale hotel segments
  • Proven experience negotiating rate agreements or corporate contracts
  • Strong understanding of commission structures (10–25%), net vs. gross models
  • Comfortable discussing RevPAR, ADR, occupancy strategy

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with major brands (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, independent luxury groups)
  • Experience with B2B or corporate travel contracts
  • Experience working with OTAs or channel distribution platforms

Compensation

  • Base Salary (competitive, based on experience)
  • Aggressive commission structure on closed supplier agreements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
